ABOUT

State-of-the-Art Orthopaedic Care

Serving patients throughout the Triangle, UNC Cary Orthopaedics has one goal – to restore good health and mobility to those with bone and joint pain. Whether a patient suffers from pain or injury in the wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, ankle or spine, our team of orthopaedic physicians and physical therapists are experts in motion, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatment protocols. In addition to providing the highest level of care in general orthopaedics, the group has developed Centers of Excellence in the sub-specialties of Sports Medicine, Spinal Care, and Joint Replacement.

UNC Cary Orthopaedics is comprised of fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopaedic doctors who provide state-of-the-art orthopaedic surgery and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries for patients throughout the Triangle.

Why Choose UNC Cary Orthopaedics?

In recent surveys, our patients have commented not only on our professional competency, but also our approach to personalized care and direct access to our orthopaedic doctors. When you choose our practice as your provider, you can expect to talk directly with your physician. This is just one advantage UNC Cary Orthopaedics offers over most institutional-type practices. Direct access to your specialist normally results in more cost-effective experience as well.

We also pride ourselves on our friendly, dedicated staff and doctors who realize that your time is valuable. We get patients scheduled quickly, and we work to ensure that each patient visit is efficient and productive. However, efficiency never means cutting corners. We are always thorough – from your initial visit and diagnosis, to treatment, recovery and long-term wellness.

At UNC Cary Orthopaedics, our expert orthopaedic doctors are trained in the latest surgical and interventional spine care involving orthopaedic surgery procedures to treat sports injuries, general orthopaedic injuries, spinal compression fractures, disc herniations, degenerative spine conditions, spinal instability and more. For patient convenience and excellent care, physical therapy services are also provided in the same office.

Uncovering the best treatment for your orthopaedic pain, injury or disease starts with an accurate diagnosis. Conveniently located in or near our office, we offer a variety of diagnostic tests including digital x-rays, diagnostic arthroscopy, electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction testing (NCV), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and diagnostic ultrasound.

UNC Cary Orthopaedics has three locations in the Triangle – Cary, Morrisville-RTP and Holly Springs. We also provide comprehensive spine care at our Cary Spine Center and at all locations.
